1979 Pearson 28 sailboat in excellent, sailaway condition. This boat has been meticulously maintained and continually upgraded over the years. Probably the only boat of its vintage with original gelcoat this clean & shiny. All systems totally replaced/upgraded including electrical and plumbing. The following modifications and additions have been made: the Atomic 4 engine has fresh water cooling; a hot and cold pressurized shower system has been installed. Extra water tanks have been installed. Galley sink includes both fresh and salt water faucets. Custom interior cabinetry, custom teak bridgedeck. Electronics include VHF radio, stereo/cd player, and handheld Garmin GPS 72 which is interfaced to the autopilot, clock & barometer. Danforth anchor in anchor bracket on bow, spare anchor, fenders, docking lines, etc. Fully battened mainsail in good condition, nearly new storm and heavy weather jibs, very recent 135% genoa plus 105% jib with positive roach and 3 top battens, in good condition. Cockpit bimini, new mainsail lazyjacks, new anchor chain.
