The boat is a beauty turns heads where ever we go, It's a ketch, green masts and covers, Electronics are Raymarine Chart Plotter, with charts of east coast of USA and Bahamas, and one for the Caribbean, complete with GPS, Radar and depth.
This is a true live aboard, full aft cabin air conditioned, with walk around queen bed lot of storage, two heads with showers, aft head has Lectro scan, waste system, forward head has 20 gal holding tank or can pass thru at sea.
Galley has new Force 10, 3 burner stove with oven fuel is Propane stored in large deck box 2 tanks one is used for the barbi.
The Salon, V-berth and cockpit cushions have been replaced or re-upholstered, people who come below there first word is WOW. This is a nice boat.
It has a walk in engine room, the engine is a 58 hp. Westerbeck with 6500 hrs. it runs great no smoke doesn't burn oil, sips fuel I run it at about 2000 gives me almost 7kts, goes faster under sail.
I change oil and previous owners have changed oil every 100 hrs. inc filter.
It has VHF station, and hand held, plus HAM (SSB) radio you will need radio license for.
Holds 150 gal fuel and 150 gal water, we dont bother with the water as the boat has a 7 gal per hr. watermaker. Great for the Islands you never know what you are geting when picking up water.
Equiped with high output alternator, 2500 w Freedom inverter also new. On deck 3000w Honda generator, this works great. It also sips fuel and is quiet and keeps the heat outside.

Boat is located in charming, historic Manteo, NC and also has a year round slip available with the boat at the Manteo Waterfront Docks. $380 a month including docking, elec, water, cable tv and internet. Great retirement town!! Half way down the coast to the islands!!
Oh, did I mention - she is READY to go! We were to leave Nov 1st but family situations changed suddenly.
Spent last winter in the Bahamas and Exumas - she stows 6 months worth of food so well you don't even know it's there ~ until you see how much $$$ you save NOT having to food shop in the islands!
